What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags. You can initiate a return by contacting us at noflexzonetka@gmail.com.
How long does shipping take?
We aim to deliver all orders within 2-4 working days. A standard shipping fee of £2.99 applies to all orders, while orders over £50 qualify for free delivery.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

How long does it take to process a refund?
